Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to identify and qualify high-value enterprise leads.
- Conduct needs analysis and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our consulting services.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Negotiate complex contracts and close deals within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine our sales strategy.
- Act as a thought leader within the market, establishing strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the enterprise software or professional services sector.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
