Responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and qualify high-value leads through research, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Closing & Negotiation: Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from discovery calls to contract negotiation and final closing.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and manage Salesforce CRM effectively.
- Market Analysis: Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and product positioning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience required) and sales engagement platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
