Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify high-value prospects within target industries using a mix of outbound strategies and inbound leads.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand client pain points and articulate how our solutions provide a competitive advantage.
- Demo Delivery: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Negotiation & Closing: Navigate complex sales cycles, handle objections, and negotiate contracts to close deals within the quarter.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring pipeline visibility for the sales leadership team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically within the SaaS or Enterprise Software industry.
- Track Record: A proven history of consistently exceeding annual sales quotas (150%+ is preferred).
- CRM Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, self-directed individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
