Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand client pain points and business objectives.
- Present tailored product demonstrations and value propositions to C-level executives.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve revenue targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to contract renewal.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce CRM.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales or SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas (targeted range: $2M+ ARR).
- Strong experience with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex decision-making processes.
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and a passion for closing deals.
