Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new enterprise clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including discovery calls, product demos, proposal generation, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using outbound prospecting and networking strategies.
- Present compelling value propositions to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Regularly analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies to meet quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
