Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the enterprise sector.
- Conduct high-level product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers.
- Navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts that align with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce and CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in B2B Enterprise sales.
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for client meetings and industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
