Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for enterprise-level accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client pain points.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within Salesforce CRM.
- Represent Innovatech Solutions at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience.
- Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas.
- Deep understanding of consultative selling and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodologies.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
