Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual sales quotas.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities through proactive prospecting.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial discovery to contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Product teams to tailor value propositions for high-value prospects.
- Maintain high-level relationships with executive stakeholders across multiple verticals.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and exclusive executive roundtables.
- Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue attainment via Salesforce.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a documented history of exceeding quotas.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar sales cycles and complex RFP processes.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong background in value-based selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, MEDDIC).
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings and industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and professional resilience.
