Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate key enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through high-level outbound prospecting and social selling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to refine our value proposition.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations tailored to C-suite executive priorities.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets through consistent sales performance.
- Maintain accurate forecast data and activity tracking within Salesforce.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding a $1M+ annual quota.
- Expertise in value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales).
- Strong ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build executive-level relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for high-stakes presentations.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical professional experience.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and resilient mindset in a competitive market.
