What You'll Do:
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and closing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the sales process and customer journey.
- Develop a robust pipeline to consistently exceed quarterly and annual quota targets.

Responsibilities
- Identify and target new market opportunities within the financial services and healthcare verticals.
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate qualified leads and book meetings with key stakeholders.
- Deliver persuasive product presentations and tailored value propositions that align with client business goals.
- Manage complex negotiations, contract review, and closing of multi-year enterprise agreements.
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to the development of sales collateral.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales, specifically within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas (Target: $1M+ in total contract value).
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Self-starter mindset with the resilience to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
