Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders within enterprise organizations.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine our market penetration strategy.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and technical deep-dives.
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline management in Salesforce.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of closing deals with ACV of $100k+.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with C-suite presence.
- Expertise in value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale).
- Self-motivated with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and resilience.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
