Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution, targeting C-level stakeholders at enterprise organizations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to penetrate high-value target logos.
- Manage complex, long-term sales cycles with deal sizes ranging from $100k to $1M+.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and technical deep dives for decision-making teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and growth.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy within Salesforce.
- Represent NexusFlow at industry conferences and executive roundtables to build brand authority.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in the Enterprise segment.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual quotas of $1M+ in ARR.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles involving legal, procurement, and IT departments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ROI to C-suite executives.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and close multi-year contracts.
