Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature for enterprise accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and develop a robust pipeline of high-value prospects.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations tailored to unique client business requirements.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine our sales messaging and value proposition.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in Salesforce.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to represent NexusFlow.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Deep understanding of the complex enterprise buying process and multi-stakeholder management.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with high-value contracts ($100k+ ARR).
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to articulate complex software solutions clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce and sales engagement platforms like Outreach or Salesloft.
