Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual revenue targets.
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to complex contract negotiation.
- Engage with C-suite executives to articulate the value proposition of our cloud ecosystem.
- Conduct high-impact discovery calls and tailored product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Product teams to align offerings with client needs.
- Maintain a high-velocity, accurate pipeline within Salesforce.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to build a robust professional brand.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of closing experience in SaaS or B2B enterprise software.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding a $1M+ annual quota.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for boardroom-level presentations.
- Deep understanding of MEDDIC or Challenger Sales methodology.
- Ability to navigate complex procurement and legal cycles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of emotional intelligence and adaptability.
