Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate large-scale enterprise organizations.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial discovery and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations tailored to C-suite decision-makers.
- Partner with Solution Architects and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless implementation and long-term value.
- Maintain a robust, high-quality pipeline within Salesforce to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Navigate complex procurement cycles and multi-stakeholder approval processes.
- Represent Nexus at major industry trade shows and executive networking events.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Expertise in value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale).
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success managing six-to-seven figure contract negotiations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable personality with a 'hunter' mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales enablement tools like Outreach or Gong.
