Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to final contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities through strategic outreach.
- Conduct high-impact executive-level presentations and platform demonstrations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account mapping and land-and-expand strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Manage CRM data hygiene and provide accurate, timely sales forecasting.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales with a proven track record of quota attainment.
- Expertise in MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or similar complex sales methodologies.
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, procurement cycles, and enterprise IT landscapes.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
