Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and engage prospective enterprise clients through a strategic mix of outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Conduct high-level discovery calls and negotiate complex deals directly with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to contract negotiation, legal review, and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive retention.
- Develop and execute territory plans to consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product features to provide expert consultation to prospects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or Technology sector.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and targets in a commission-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales intelligence platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong focus on relationship building and consultative selling.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote-first or hybrid environment.
