Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Conduct high-level discovery calls and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our platform.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to contract closure and onboarding.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems (Salesforce) to ensure forecast accuracy.
- Act as a subject matter expert on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on storytelling.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
