Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting high-value leads to final contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Conduct high-impact virtual and in-person demonstrations of our SaaS platform.
- Collaborate with internal Marketing and Product teams to align on product roadmap and market messaging.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within Salesforce.
- Attend industry conferences and represent the company as a subject matter expert.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software/SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding a $1M+ annual quota.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a deep understanding of complex procurement cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to sell into Fortune 500 organizations.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and modern sales enablement tools (Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
