Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual recurring revenue (ARR) quotas.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial discovery to contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through a blend of outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion.
- Conduct high-impact executive-level product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting within Salesforce.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to strengthen market presence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to close six and seven-figure deals within complex organizations.
- Proficiency in MEDDIC or Challenger sales methodologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Experience utilizing Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for pipeline management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
