Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new enterprise accounts and expand existing relationships.
- Identify and qualify leads through a mix of outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Conduct high-level discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand client pain points and demonstrate value.
- Navigate complex buying cycles and negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure win-win agreements.
- Cultivate deep, long-term partnerships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize sales positioning and strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
