Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual revenue targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct high-impact demonstrations for C-suite decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and product marketing to customize value propositions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality opportunities within Salesforce.
- Represent Nexus at major industry conferences and regional networking events.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the evolution of our sales methodology.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales with a verifiable track record of hitting quotas.
- Deep understanding of the consultative sales process and challenger sale methodology.
- Proven ability to navigate complex procurement processes and legal negotiations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with executive presence.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce and Outreach/Salesloft.
