Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to penetrate large enterprise organizations.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Product teams to craft customized value propositions.
- Present compelling product demonstrations and executive-level business cases.
- Achieve and exceed aggressive quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Foster long-term relationships with C-suite executives to ensure expansion and retention.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales with a proven track record of hitting quotas.
- Deep understanding of complex sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN).
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to navigate multi-layered organizations.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing high-ARR deals (average contract value $100k+).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
