Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demo and final contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Customer Success, and Engineering, to tailor value-driven solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales quotas and performance KPIs.
- Present compelling demonstrations of our platform to C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate forecast hygiene and CRM data integrity within Salesforce.
- Develop long-term account strategies to ensure successful land-and-expand initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing deals $100k+.
- Expertise in value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale).
- Strong executive presence and ability to build rapport with C-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a deep understanding of complex procurement processes.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage ambiguity in a rapidly scaling startup.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
