Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual revenue targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting C-level executives to final contract negotiation.
- Orchestrate complex demonstrations and discovery sessions tailored to enterprise business needs.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to build industry-specific value propositions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of high-intent enterprise opportunities within Salesforce.
- Attend industry-leading trade shows and executive networking events to build brand authority.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven history of exceeding quotas.
- Deep understanding of the Challenger Sales methodology or similar complex selling frameworks.
- Proven ability to navigate long sales cycles involving procurement, legal, and executive sign-off.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills suited for a boardroom environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
