Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of high-voltage and embedded electrical systems.
- Design and optimize complex PCB layouts using industry-standard EDA tools (Altium, KiCad).
- Conduct rigorous testing, simulation, and validation to ensure product reliability and compliance with industry standards (IEC, UL).
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software) to integrate electrical components into holistic systems.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, schematics, and BOMs for manufacturing and regulatory submissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical design, specifically in power electronics or embedded systems.
- Proficiency in circuit simulation tools (MATLAB, SPICE) and EDA software.
- Strong knowledge of EMC/EMI standards, signal integrity, and power management.
- Experience with embedded microcontrollers (ARM, PIC, STM32) and firmware integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
