Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical system design for industrial automation projects
- Develop and optimize PCB layouts using Altium Designer
- Conduct power electronics analysis and simulation in MATLAB/Simulink
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IoT integration
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Ensure compliance with IEEE and NEC standards
- Document technical specifications and create design documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Expertise in Altium Designer and PCB layout tools
- Strong knowledge of three-phase systems and motor drives
- Familiarity with embedded C programming for microcontrollers
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with renewable energy systems integration
- Proven track record in project leadership and stakeholder management
