Responsibilities
- Lead the design, simulation, and validation of high-voltage power electronics systems and PCB layouts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, firmware, and software) to integrate electrical components into final products.
- Perform detailed circuit analysis, thermal management calculations, and reliability testing.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in PCB design and schematic capture.
- Document technical specifications, schematics, and manufacturing files (Gerber files) for production.
- Conduct field troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for existing product issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics, analog circuit design, or embedded systems.
- Proficiency in PCB design software such as Altium Designer, KiCad, or OrCAD Capture.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards (UL, IEC), and safety regulations.
- Experience with simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE) and testing equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
