Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical circuits and systems, including PCB layouts and power distribution.
- Conduct thorough analysis and testing of electrical components to ensure reliability and performance compliance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers and software developers.
- Lead technical troubleshooting efforts to resolve critical design issues efficiently.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, schematics, and specifications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all engineering projects adhere to safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC).
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and interns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical design and systems engineering.
- Proficiency in industry-standard CAD tools (AutoCAD, Eagle, Altium Designer, or OrCAD).
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit theory.
- Experience with embedded systems and microcontroller programming is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
