Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of high-voltage power conversion systems, including AC/DC and DC/DC converters.
- Develop and validate circuit schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard tools like Altium Designer and Cadence.
- Conduct thorough electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and ensure compliance with UL, IEC, and IEEE standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex engineering challenges.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers and firmware developers to integrate systems seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in power electronics design and PCB layout.
- Strong proficiency in simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice, or LTSpice).
- Deep understanding of thermal management and reliability engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
