Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical system design for high-efficiency power conversion modules
- Develop and optimize PCB layouts using Altium Designer for high-reliability industrial applications
- Perform signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC compliance testing for complex circuits
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on thermal management and enclosure integration
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in design methodologies
- Document technical specifications and validate prototypes through rigorous testing protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in power electronics design (buck/boost converters, inverters, motor drives)
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for simulation and SPICE for circuit analysis
- Strong hands-on experience with high-speed digital and analog circuit design
- Familiarity with automotive or industrial safety standards (ISO 26262, IEC 61508)
- Demonstrated project leadership from concept to production release
- Excellent problem-solving skills with systematic debugging methodologies
