Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of embedded electronic systems for industrial IoT applications
- Perform circuit analysis, PCB layout, and validation using Altium Designer and Cadence tools
- Develop firmware solutions in C/C++ for real-time control systems
- Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance documentation
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and best practices implementation
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on thermal management and enclosure design
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics and embedded systems design
- Expertise in high-frequency circuit design and signal integrity analysis
- Proficiency with EDA tools (Altium, Cadence, OrCAD) and simulation software
- Strong knowledge of safety standards (UL, IEC, ISO 26262)
- Experience leading product development from concept to mass production
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
