Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-voltage power systems for solar and wind energy installations
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for electrical infrastructure projects
- Lead PCB layout and schematic design for IoT sensor networks
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance validation
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype innovative energy storage solutions
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and project specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in power systems design or renewable energy
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, and circuit simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of IEC/NEC standards and electrical safety protocols
- Experience with embedded systems programming (C/C++, Python)
- Certification in PMP or PE license preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from conception to deployment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
