Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of high-efficiency power conversion systems
- Oversee PCB layout and component selection for industrial automation projects
- Perform thermal analysis and reliability testing of electronic assemblies
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on integrated system architectures
- Develop and implement firmware for embedded control systems
- Ensure compliance with UL/IEC safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency in Altium Designer and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong understanding of EMC/EMI compliance requirements
- Experience with 3-phase inverter topologies and motor drives
- Proven track record of delivering complex hardware projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license desirable
