Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems for renewable energy applications
- Lead PCB layout, schematic capture, and component selection for high-reliability products
- Conduct comprehensive simulations and testing using SPICE, MATLAB, and AutoCAD
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews for design validation
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on integrated system architectures
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, UL, and IEC standards
- Document technical specifications and create detailed engineering reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics or renewable energy systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA tools
- Strong knowledge of three-phase power systems and grid-tied inverters
- Experience with embedded C programming for firmware development
- Proven track record in bringing products from concept to production
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience with thermal management and EMI/EMC compliance
