Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power distribution systems for commercial microgrids
- Lead PCB layout and schematic capture for energy storage management units
- Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance validation
- Develop embedded firmware for real-time power monitoring and control systems
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate renewable energy solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics or high-voltage systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, AutoCAD Electrical, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong knowledge of IEEE 1547, NEC, and IEC 62368 standards
- Experience with embedded C programming and ARM Cortex-M architecture
- Certification in PE (Professional Engineer) or equivalent
- Demonstrated success in leading complex electrical projects from concept to deployment
