Responsibilities
- Design and develop sophisticated electrical systems for industrial and renewable energy applications.
- Perform advanced circuit simulation and thermal analysis to ensure high reliability and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical and software components.
- Oversee prototype testing, debugging, and validation cycles to meet strict project timelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in PCB design and system architecture.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and regulatory compliance reports.
- Analyze industry trends to implement cutting-edge components and sustainable materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in electrical power or system design.
- Proficiency with industry-standard CAD tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or Cadence.
- Strong grasp of power electronics, PCB layout optimization, and EMI/EMC mitigation.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical failures under pressure.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven design decision-making.
- PE (Professional Engineer) license is highly desirable.
