Responsibilities
- Architect and design complex analog and digital circuits for high-power applications.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle from concept and prototyping to production launch.
- Conduct rigorous board-level testing, thermal analysis, and power integrity simulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and firmware engineers, to ensure seamless integration.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical design reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
- Stay current with regulatory standards and ensure all designs meet safety and compliance requirements.
- Optimize hardware components for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in PCB design and system-level hardware architecture.
- Proficiency in industry-standard EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or OrCAD.
- Demonstrated expertise in high-power circuit design, power electronics, and signal integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of troubleshooting complex hardware issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ISO, UL, or IEC compliance standards for industrial or consumer electronics.
