Responsibilities
- Architect and design comprehensive learning pathways that align with industry standards and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to translate technical requirements into engaging, interactive course content.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle to deliver and manage course materials effectively.
- Analyze learner data and feedback to continuously iterate and improve curriculum effectiveness and user engagement.
- Stay abreast of emerging EdTech trends, instructional design methodologies, and accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure our content remains cutting-edge.
- Lead the creation of assessments, quizzes, and multimedia assets that support varied learning styles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or EdTech.
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Rise/360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ADDIE or SAM model methodologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Experience with data analytics tools to track learner performance and curriculum metrics.
