We are looking for a visionary leader to bridge the gap between legacy systems and cutting-edge technology, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and accessibility for all. This is a high-impact role where your work directly improves the lives of millions across the nation.

We offer a mission-driven environment, comprehensive federal benefits, and the unique opportunity to lead large-scale change management within the public sector. Join us in building a more responsive and technologically advanced government for the 21st century.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies across multiple public sector departments.
  • Lead the migration of legacy mainframe systems to secure, scalable cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure GovCloud).
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and legislative bodies to align technological initiatives with public policy.
  • Manage multi-million dollar annual budgets and optimize resource allocation for maximum citizen impact.
  • Mentor and lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and policy experts in an agile environment.
  • Ensure all digital solutions comply with strict federal accessibility (Section 508) and NIST cybersecurity standards.
  • Establish data-driven KPIs to measure the success and adoption of new public-facing digital services.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Public Administration, Computer Science, or a related field of study.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital transformation, technical project management, or public sector consulting.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-compliance initiatives with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Deep understanding of FedRAMP requirements, data privacy regulations, and government procurement processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical policy makers.
  • Active security clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust/Secret clearance.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with citizen-centric design and UX methodologies in a regulatory environment.
