Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior data to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaign performance
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and media buyers to deliver integrated campaigns
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets and demonstrate ROI through comprehensive reporting and KPI tracking
- Create compelling brand narratives and content strategies that drive engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and platforms to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with proven success in B2B/B2C strategy development
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional project workflows
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful campaign implementations with quantifiable results
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for technical collaboration
