Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- SEO & SEM: Oversee search engine optimization initiatives and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads) to maximize ROI and keyword performance.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, engaging assets that resonate with our target audience and support SEO objectives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics 4; produce detailed monthly reports and recommend actionable optimizations.
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, including social media platforms, email marketing, and the corporate website.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm updates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of success in SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot). Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic data visualization tools is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex marketing concepts to stakeholders.
- Tools: Mastery of marketing automation software and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
