Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- SEO & Content: Oversee SEO initiatives, keyword research, and content marketing strategies to improve organic search rankings and user engagement.
- PPC Management: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI and minimize CPA.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze complex data sets to produce actionable insights, monthly performance reports, and growth forecasts.
- Team Management: Mentor junior marketers, conduct performance reviews, and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Campaign Optimization: A/B test landing pages, email campaigns, and ad creatives to continuously improve conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Certifications: Google Analytics or HubSpot certification is highly desirable.
