About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Director of Brand Marketing & Communications to lead our global brand narrative and public relations strategy. In this role, you will define how our brand is perceived globally, driving high-impact campaigns that capture market share and elevate our digital footprint. You will oversee a high-performing team of media relations, content, and social media professionals to craft a cohesive, compelling brand voice.
As a key leader, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership to align communication strategies with business growth targets, establishing our position as an industry thought leader. The ideal candidate blends creative storytelling with analytical rigor to drive conversion-oriented brand equity.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive, multi-channel brand marketing strategies that elevate brand equity and drive customer acquisition.
- Oversee all corporate communications, public relations, and media outreach, acting as the primary point of contact for external press and agency partners.
- Lead, mentor, and scale an elite team of content creators, PR specialists, and social media managers to exceed performance goals.
- Manage the brand marketing budget, optimizing spend across channels to ensure maximum ROI and brand attribution.
- Establish strict brand voice guidelines and ensure editorial excellence across all corporate touchpoints, including digital, print, and video.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, presenting detailed attribution and key insights to executive stakeholders.
- Develop robust crisis communication plans and proactively manage brand reputation in a dynamic, fast-paced market.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, public relations, or corporate communications, preferably in a high-growth tech or media company.
- Proven track record of launching and executing successful global campaigns that drive measurable customer acquisition.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with a deep portfolio of published PR campaigns and premium media placements.
- Strong leadership capability with a demonstrated history of managing and developing cross-functional creative teams.
- Data-driven mindset with advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and PR monitoring tools like Cision or Meltwater.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; MBA or Master's is highly preferred.
