Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn with $500K+ monthly budgets
- Optimize SEO performance through technical audits, content strategy, and link building
- Lead email automation sequences using HubSpot to nurture leads and drive conversions
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics
- Collaborate with design and product teams to create compelling digital assets
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms (TikTok, TikTok, AI tools)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years digital marketing experience with 2+ years managing teams
- Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation
- Advanced proficiency in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Strong data visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Looker
- Experience managing $500K+ annual digital marketing budgets
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and/or HubSpot required
