Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies (SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Email).
- Manage and optimize multi-million dollar performance marketing budgets to hit aggressive CAC and ROAS targets.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks across landing pages and ad creative to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategy with SEO and brand guidelines.
- Analyze performance data using GA4 and Looker to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior marketing staff and foster a culture of data-backed decision making.
- Stay at the forefront of MarTech trends and algorithm updates to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in high-growth digital marketing or agency environments.
- Proven track record of scaling paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices and technical content optimization.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
