- Manage $2M+ annual media budgets with ROI-focused campaign optimization
- Produce compelling content for diverse platforms (social, web, broadcast, events)
- Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform creative direction
- Nurture client relationships through strategic stakeholder management
- Mentor junior communications specialists and foster team growth
Qualifications
- 8+ years in communications/media with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns across diverse media
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite)
- Proven experience managing cross-cultural teams and global campaigns
- Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot)
- Strong understanding of copyright law and media ethics
