Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEM, Social, and Display.
- Manage large-scale paid media budgets with a focus on ROAS and CAC optimization.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks across landing pages and ad creatives to boost conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure brand consistency and high-performing creative assets.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights through automated reporting dashboards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles.
- Proven track record of managing monthly budgets exceeding $50k.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and data visualization tools like Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into strategic business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex strategies to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
