Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, and Paid Social.
- Manage and optimize multi-million dollar advertising budgets with a focus on CAC and LTV metrics.
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and report ROI to stakeholders.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for landing pages, ad creative, and email marketing workflows.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting assets aligned with brand voice.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Mentor junior marketing staff and foster a culture of data-backed decision making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling digital budgets.
- Expert proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Advanced analytical skills with mastery of Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and technical content optimization.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Professional certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is highly preferred.
