Responsibilities
- Strategize and execute 15+ high-impact events annually (200-2000 attendees)
- Manage £500K+ budgets with meticulous vendor negotiations and cost optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams (creative, tech, logistics) to deliver seamless experiences
- Develop innovative event concepts leveraging emerging tech (AR/VR, hybrid formats)
- Forge and nurture relationships with C-level clients and industry partners
- Implement post-event analytics to measure ROI and drive continuous improvement
- Oversee crisis management protocols and ensure compliance with global safety standards
Qualifications
- 7+ years in events management with 3+ years in senior leadership
- Proven success executing complex global events across 3+ continents
- Expertise in budgeting, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation
- Proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Aventri, Eventbrite Pro)
- Strong network of premium venue and vendor partnerships in London/Europe
- Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- Exceptional project management with PMP or CEM certification preferred
- Fluency in English; additional languages (French, Mandarin) highly desirable
